I watched a tire installer cross thread two of my front lugs and I made
the store manager make a note on my receipt and sign it.
Don't delay if you're going to try for any restitution.
You really don't want to be 200 miles from home with that cheesy little
VW lug wrench with a flat tire regretting your laziness.
