Mine failed and blew off the fuel line above the starter spraying gas all over the place. They do fail and they are not that expensive t replace. Do it when you replace your fuel lines! They are real easy to check with a gauge. Jay

Did you actually have a fuel pressure regulator fail? If so it's extremely unusual. That's one part that just doesn't fail! If you have a minute tell me what were the symptoms and what testing says the regulator has failed?
