Sounds like a venture opening up many "opportunities", none of which will be so daunting as to avoid solution. A suggestion: space for people doing multi-day teardowns and engine overhauls. Especially in your area (weather....I've lived in PDX myself), some people will have the ability to do major repairs, but not the space to do it. Even some people with homes/garages don't want to in their own space, for whatever reason. I'm thinking of a large building (old), such as a parking structure...could have multi-levels. Also some enclosed spaces, such as those 8'X10' storage lockers, so people can leave their tools, etc, without fear of theft, when doing major, multi-day work. Or, an old/large building on property for space of a concrete pad and those storage sheds. Just some thoughts! I like your sense of adventure and creativity. Bob Stevens '91 Westy
