You obviosuly haven't read all the threads else you wouldn't be so shirty! We've looked at most aspects of this including some way into the basic theromodynamics,trying not to use vernacular words like 'densifies', though do know what you mean. We're also way ahead on the subtleties of water injection, as the original subject matter arose through noting the way that engines produce more power at different times of day and weather conditions.

Have you people never heard of water injection? The theory being that the atomized water cools, and therefore densifies (scientific jargon) the mixture. More dense equals more pop per piston. Simple. Big news a long time ago for muscle cars running high compression on relatively low octane gas. bw
