You need to find out why the relays are not providing 12 volts to the FI and ignition system. I have seen a couple occurrences of a burned wire causing this.

Open the black box on the firewall above the left head. Not the relay box but the wiring one. It will have a threaded stud with several red wires to it. This stud should have 12 volts at all times. Key on or off, does not matter. 12 volts or you have a bad wire, probably from the alternator. If no 12 volts in that box, check for 12 volts at the alternator wiring stud where the 2 red wires attach. If no 12 volts here, the problem is the red wire from the alternator to the starter.
