I was returning from a recent run to a local shopping center. As usual I picked up my prescription sunglasses and put them on, stands to reason when its 102 degrees (f) outside the sun might be shining pretty bright. Before I made it out of the parking lot of the shopping center I noticed something was wrong. Everything seemed a little fuzzy and my eyes wouldn't adjust. By the time I was a half block down the street my vision was really giving me fits and I was seriously looking for a safe place to pull over so I could wait for this thing to pass. Just as soon as I got stopped and removed the glasses I noticed a marked improvement in my vision, I immediately thought that I might have had some effect from the heat or possibly some sort of minor stroke. I reached into the catch all tray and put my sun glasses back on. Everything was crisp and clear, no fuzz no blur no dizzy feeling. I looked down into the catch it all tray before driving away and there was the problem, I had put on an old pair of prescription sunglasses that had been secretly masking themselves for two years under all that junk that the tray always accepts but seldom gives up.
