Listees- Speaking of fan speeds ... and my complete lack of vw knowledge (and owner manual) ... on a non-a/c van, My fan switch doesn't _turn_ - at all. Is there some trick - like the levers need to be in the correct position, key needs to be on, push-n-turn like a stove, repeat the secret vw password, do the monkey dance ... or is the switch just a POS and needs replacing. If this is the case, what's the scenario for replacing?
