I was visiting friends in NJ Saturday and spied a beautiful lime green Westie in a used car lot just off the walt Whitman Bridge. We stopped to inquire.

1978 Westfalia Body- no rust, good paint, no dents Interior- looked complete and in good shape, good seats and carpet though it was a funky green plaid. 106,000 original miles Garage kept Tires needed No drips under engine, looked like it had been in the same spot for awhile. Asking 6,000, but didn't seem too sure, I'm sure it could be had for less.

This is not mine, just passing it along. I would consider it but got the either(vanagon) or (78 westie) not both argument.
