I have an '88 Westy with A/C. It used to be when I turned on the A/C,
two things would happen.
1.) The idle would be boosted to make up for the drag of the A/C compressor
2.) The radiator fan would come on.

Now, neither of these things are happening, though the A/C clutch is
engaging.

I have the wiring diagram from Bentley, but thought I'd ask first if
there are any particular components to single out when you are having
this problem.
