Hello Friends!


I am brand new to this community and it seems pretty cool so far. I am an aircraft mechanic but my Vanagon doesn't have wings and a propeller, hence I have lots to learn from everyone. I have an 88 Vanagon Wolfsburg, liquid cooled etc, etc. I installed a stereo and amp 6 months ago without any problems. Recently, it developed that annoying ignition buzz in the speakers. It must be leaking in through the amp circuit because the buzz is there with the stereo off. Does anyone know what causes this to start all of a sudden? What size filter would I need to put in and where would I wire it into? I would appreciate any help or suggestions. Thanks!
