Peter, the OXS sensor light is not even connected in any way to the sensor itself. It is connected to a box that is inline in the speedometer cable system between the left front wheel (the cable drive wheel) and the speedometer. The box is a mechanical counter that counts the miles - 30,000 on some vans and 60,000 on others. When the majic number is reached the OXS light comes on. The box is easily accessible by dropping the spare wheel. On top of the box is a detent or little raised circle of metal in which sits a button. Depress that button with a small screwdriver or other tool and it will reset the counter.

Again, the light is NOT connected to the O2 sensor in any way. It's just a way to tell you the van has reached the appointed number of miles and the O2 sensor needs to be replaced.
