Many years ago, Consumers Reports did a review on car batteries...fully expecting to find no difference in them. They were surprised to find that Interstate batteries were better than most of the others, partnered with the fact that Interstate batteries were available almost everywhere in the US, with a good warranty Consumers Reports gave them a Best Buy recommendation.

I've been using Interstate batteries ever since, and I can't say I have had any problems. I just recently had to replace my 50 month one in my Corrado (after 6 years).
