For parts like this, look in a junkyard, or watch the list. Members frequently announce they are parting out a van because of uncontrolled runt, collision, or other reasons.

Common problem. Little gear inside is cracked. This usually happens when someone tries to reset the trip odometer while the vehicle is moving. Some people have glued it successfully. I fixed mine with a speedo purchased from a listmember parting out a van.

Junk yard or partout. Same with the upper bed part, which does not slide. It hinges over.

I power washed my top, and it really made a huge difference.
