Use meter, test-light, whatever -- find out if the open is on the hot side or the ground side. Battery grounds to battery box -- see if you have 12v from battery neg post to chassis. If yes,

Then make sure you have +12 from battery pos post to chassis. Then from pos terminal clamp to chassis. Then on the 6 mm^2 red wire that goes from battery to terminal P on fuse/relay panel (see 97.119).

Sorry I haven't got any more time than that now...once you locate a place that has voltage and one that doesn't, the problem is between those points.
