Subject: Bench seat posts/stops Question.
Content-Type: text/plain; charset="Windows-1252"

Hi all,

Just a quick Q. I'm converting my 90 GL to a Carat. A am at the stage of cutting the bench seat bracket off and moving it back an inch or so. It appears that my existing bench seat posts/stops are going to be too short for the narrower bench seat of the Carat Bench seat.... Does any one have the measured length of a Carat bench seat post/stop.

Bench seat post/stop: I am not sure of the exact technical name of them but they are the two posts that stick out of the side that engage the rear bench seat and keep it from going all the way back and keep it locked in so it doesn't come forward until released.

TIA Jere
