Good ole money grabbin Texas $39.00 for cars up to 30 years old.
They have to be run on a wheel dyno.
With 4000 diesel trucks a day coming through Texas each day from Mexico
they're choking the wrong chicken with car inspections. It will not clean
the air that much.
