Hi, I don't want to disparage on your merchandise but carbs were to the automobile engine what steam engines were railroads. Effective but complicated, very unpredictable, expensive and "dirty". The Vanagon Digifant digital engine management system is reliable, predictable and easy to troubleshoot. The many fuel injection horror stories and tales of great expense are usually generated by "carburetor mechanics" trying to do the work of "engine management technicians". Also the Digifant control module is programmed to have a certain volume of fuel in the combustion process from mS to mS. A carburetor cannot make the needed millisecond changes thus engine performance will suffer. Install the carbs on the engine they were designed for and leave the Vanagon digifant systems intact.
