Dear Vanagon List Gang, For those of you that woke up Friday morning and decided that it would probably rain all weekend so you did go to the High Country Bus Festival, you missed a wonderful weekend of beautiful weather, hundreds of incredible buses, some neat music and the company of an amazing assemblage of great bus people. Thank you, Budda.(mike myers, buddahvw@hotmail.com )

As usual, I made up an unofficial magnetic dash plaque for the event and gave them away (67 total) as usual. I make you stop and talk with us for while so we meet a lot of new friends this way. I did offer a slight twist in that I had a bucket out on the table and suggested that donations to the vanagon list would be great. So, thank you High Country Campers, we are going to send Tom $28 and change. I have a few plaques left (less than 10), p-mail me if you want one. I will request SASE by return email until they are gone.

Thanks again campers and Budda and all that put the event together. It was fantastic. I forgot my camera, so post those pictures folks.

Jim
