If anyone has available or knows where I can get a reasonably priced vent
glass (hopefully tinted) for the driver's side of an '87 Westy, please
p-mail me with info.  I am located in Sunnyvale, CA.


It looks like someone tried to cut between my (parked) van and the vehicle
on its left and seriously misjudged the opening.  They hit the mirror and
pivoted it forward, blowing glass all over the inside of the
driver's/passenger's area.  Fortunately, the mirror seems to be fine.  I
guess the note acknowledging their responsibility must have blown away in
the short time I was in the store.
