There are more people injured in Texas every year from long neck beer
bottles rolling under the brake pedal and causing the brake not to reach
full functioning position than any other single cause.
If we could get these "Litter Laws" repealed we could get the empty beer
bottles back on the roadside to become missiles from rotary mowers like
in the old days.
I understand they have a similar problem in Australia with those big
Steel Fosters cans.
