Good piece Stan. Gotta mention three things though.

1) Water cooled get a bad rap but are actually great.

2) If Wolfsburg Editions have the highest quality fabrics you guys with the non-Wolfies must be riding on springs -- the '85 Wolfies came with a special Shred-O-Matic cordaroy crap.

3) You left out the diesels -- I know, we almost never hear from these guys cause the damn things just keep running (very slowly, with plenty of smoke, but running).

Oh, did I mention, water cooled get a bad rap but are actually great.
