Offhand, I'd say that your idea of "dirty" needs some revision.

Here's a comparison of yours versus mine...at IDLE

Please NOTE the CALIFORNIA MAX ALLOWED values for HC and CO which your carb equipped engine hadily exceeds. The CA average test result for the same vehicle year are HC= 0.30 and CO= 0.10
