Subject: tranny on 90 carat
Content-Type: text/plain

hi new to the list. looking for info on tranny for 90 carat. we have a sludge buildup in the filter screen. six months ago we replaced a ruptured heat exchanger . can the sludge be part of the problem caused by the heat exchanger? any info is welcome. also the name and phone number of a good and reasonable mechanic for engine, trans, and body work in new england. thanks for help we have a blast with this machine and would like to keep it running for many years. we too had an 87 that caught fire from a gas line and were devasted. dnalrahs@juno.com 1990 vanagon carat
