I just love to get those mystery packages from one of the list vendors. I'd rather have a $1.00 option for proper packaging than to find a carton that had obviously re taped by the shipping carrier. I was only shorted or lost one $11.00 item in four years but on the prospect of a trade off, I've only ordered about 11 times in four years. The vendor shipped a replacement part prepaid and didn't give me a hard time and hasn't held any grudges for shipping the N/C replacement. I'm not going to support this rant other than to say, been there myself. Stan Wilder
