One more thing on headlight upgrades. If you just need a little more
light but are too poor/cheap/busy for messing around with relays etc try
cleaning the lenses and replacing the bulbs with 9004 xv's. I did this
and the low beams are now bright enough for me to safely drive dark roads
at night :) The only cost is the bulbs which are about $8 each. These
bulbs will not melt anything and are certainly brighter than the stock
bulbs. Another advantage is that your driving lights will not be so
bright as to blind other drivers!
