I do not want to complain,.................much. But I seem to be experiencing a spate of really poor parts order fulfillment. Between the vendor reshipping returned goods in completely inadequate packing(not even close to original), resulting in my receiving damaged goods, to authorizing on a webform 3 day shipping charges and then 3 days later(I went out of town camping and I will not bring a cell phone to check messages) finding out that I also had to be at home to receive a phonecall from the vendor to authorize the 3 day charges(the webform, why bother?), to different prices between the website and the vendor pricelist. Add to this a couple of pmails helping me to understand the vendor's situation,..... All this on two orders ~$400? Anyone else feeling a bit tired of this two step routine? No vendor names will be offered, but mention one in particular and you just might get a long silence. Helen & Joe Fahy '87 Westy 814-422-8210 Central PA EDT
