A westy or regular Vanagon? I've lowered the AC unit on a regular Vanagon
(had to in order to replace the housing, which was cracked) It wasn't that
difficult...


However, from the way your talking, I assume you are referring to a Westy. I
haven't had to pull it on mine...yet.
