According to 87.5 in the Bentley, the AC clutch relay is the leftmost relay behind the D pillar cover (or perhaps in your closet). If you don't have +12 at pin 30, your problem is with the high or low pressure switches or the main AC relay. If you have power at pin 30, but not pin 87 then you may have a bad signal from the radiator fan area, but it seems unlikely. You do have enough refrigerant pressure to satisfy the low pressure switch, right?
