In all fairness, if it took you a few hours to get from Munich to Nurnberg,
you werent driving very fast : ).     Last time I did that trip, it took me
way less than an hour !!
No, it wasnt in a Vanagon, it was an A4 that could cruise comfortably at 190
kph.
