Hi, I'm doing this to my 85 as we speak. The drilling of holes and cutting for the propane and inlets is not too hard, a pain in the ass, but not too bad. The wiring on the other hand is a different story. I bought a 2nd battery relay kit from the bus depot to wire in a 2nd battery for the 12volt option, and found that the realy kit can be used w/out the 2nd battery just for the fridge which is nice. But we are still having problems finding out which wiring goes to what. We have an idea, but not a full understanding of how to connect. The guy that I bought it from pulled out all the wires for me, but didn't leave a clue as to which wires went to what. W/ diagrams I got from the fridge itself, and from the Bentley manual we got some of it, but not a sure bet, and it's hard to find information on this stuff. I've asked the list for help, but nobody else must have any ideas, I almost never get a response. So all in all, it's a big job, but not too bad. I personally think that it will be worth the work in the end. If you happen to find any information let me know, and I'll do the same. have fun, Tracy 85' GL "Michael S. We are tool smart and do our own van work, but this would be a first time adventure. I have seen the great "how to install a pop top site"---is there one for installing part or all of a Westy interior? Thanks!
