Hi Keith,

I have exactly the same problem. The intermittent 2000 rpm idle started when I replaced some muffler parts and put a new oxygen sensor in.

My next step is to investigate that there are no leaks in the muffler couplings.

Mine idles a bit rough to.

Keep me posted in what you find out.
