I see no reason why some simple cam locks would not work on all the cabinets. I can get them keyed alike through some of my suppliers, or can rekey existing ones. They can't be keyed to your existing Vanagon key, however. Installation would require drilling a 3/4" hole in the door of each cabinet to be locked. These are fairly simple locks, but do offer a degree of security to the cabinets. Remember, the doors and cabinets are fairly thin wood, so if someone wants in, a screwdriver of prybar will pull the door off regardless of the lock. I've installed a similar lock on the auxilliary battery compartment under the driver's seat to offer a locking compartment. The carpet covers it also. Just an idea, but I don't see why these locks wouldn't work. Steve Sandlin Steve's Lock Shoppe '84 Wolfsburg Westy '79 Transporter '00 New Beetle
