I've been trying to figure out the same thing for some time. I recently bought a radio from a list member, because he assured me that it had a second power connection to make this possible. Now I have two very similar Heidelberg radios with identical power connectors and pin-out stickers on the back. My conclusion is that we can not do this with these radios. The two pins labeled "+" seem to be wired together on the circuit board and supply the main power which wipes out the memory when it goes off. The two unlabeled pins on the connector do not seem to connect to anything. I have searched the archives repeatedly and have found the same question posed a few times, but no encouraging answers.

Anyone?
