Since the only time we hear about list vendors is when someone has a
problem, I wanted to break with tradition and report a very positive
interaction.

I now have working locks on my slider and passenger side door thanks to some
excellent service by Steve Sandlin (Steve's Lock Shop).

I sent Steve the key code and a scan of my key, and he sent the handles with
correct locks off the next day.  I'm returning my old handles to him
tomorrow.
