This is an A&E/Dometic awning according to the labels on and in it, but according to Dometic, the parts and product support are handled through The Awning Outlet at 740-587-4735. I don't think that this particular model is still available new, but I didn't ask.

There is a blue/white Catalina 2500 awning currently on ebaY (where I got mine) http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=1850609927

Good luck,

Tim

I have this same awning on my '90 Westy, came on it when I purchased in January. It is now discontinued, and if buying new, you don't want it, the replacement is much better. I had a A&E Domentic 2500 8 foot on my '85 but the awning was totaled with the '85. The newer 2500 series is MUCH easier to set up, and the old 2000 series leaks like a sieve when rolled up, hold water inside the system. The 2500 seemed to keep rain out when rolled up.

Negative side: The 2500 8' model only extend out about 6 feet, and does not provide the amount of shade I would like, where the old 2000 I have now extends a good 7' and provides more shade.

For ease of setup and better design, take a good look at the Fiama awnings, I looked closely at Harld and Nancy's Fiama at a recent Wetwesties campout, I would go the extra money for one of these if purchasing new. Now that I think about it, maybe I could sell my 2000 and get the Fiama. Anyone interested (Northwest only, I won't try to ship). How's $200 sound?
