Retained the stock sound and added a LOT of respect on the road. **************************** What I did on my 84 Westy was install the high-tone and low-tone horns commonly used on a Karmann Ghia or the 411/412. Pretty darn loud compared to the original wimpy horn installed. Dunno about respect, but other drivers can HEAR me now.

Although the 411/412 didn't use a relay, the Ghia setup originally and I consulted the Beetle/Ghia Bentley to correctly wire it up. Works nice. I think 4 horns would be overkill IMHO.
