It will fit, but it is not a clean fit.

The problem with this is the distributor as it sticks out over the flywheel. Mounting it at 15 degrees just won't fit as it will hit the lip of the engine opening. Mounting it at 50 degrees can be done but you have to hack the fire wall and relocate the electrical junction box there. Also these engines produce minimal power under 4400 RPM - you are much better off going with a 8V motor.
