The value of a 2.1l in good shape is quite good - after all, a remanufactured engine (or full rebuild on yours) is worth (or at least costs) $2,500USD. What to ask for it depends on a couple of things: 1. how much you are including (e.g. both heads, injectors & hoses, AFM, alternator, any exhaust pieces...) 2. engine condition (compression on all 4 cyls, oil pressure if known, recent work/components, oil or coolant leakage) For a complete engine with 113, no leaks, and complete, you should ask for about $1,000 IMHO.
