The fuel pump should put out at least 32 PSI.
Fuel filters are about $5.00
Chevron Techron FI cleaner will get rid of the moisture, unless there's a
very lot. $5.00
You can drain a little fuel off before the line goes into the filter into
a glass fruit jar, if its got water you'll be able to see it by shaking
the jar. The fuel and water will separate and the water will be heavy
bubblers.
There is 1.5 gallons of fuel that you never get to use in the bottom of
the tank, it can hold a lot of staff that is unnamed.
