Along the same lines,

our southern heroes, Widespread Panic, will be here in Denver Saturday and
Sunday--sad and excited.  We're going to miss Mikey Houser dearly.  He's the
band's guitarist who died of pancreatic cancer last Saturday. But, we can't
wait to give the band our support, and look forward to, as always, seeing
many Vanagons in the parking lot and meeting their owners/seeing old
friends.

Congrats on having Phish back on the road!

I got this today from my Phish update. I thought I might pass the info on in
case any list members are Phisheads.........I am soooooooo excited........
from Phish Update: PHISH returns to the stage after an extended hiatus for
four concerts
beginning with a three-set concert at Madison Square Garden in New
York City on December 31, 2002. Following that show, they will perform
three nights at the Hampton Coliseum in Hampton, Virginia, January 2,
3 and 4, 2003. The band plans to schedule additional tour dates
later in 2003 and will likely record an album sometime next year as well.
