I just replaced mine on one side. I installed new Lobro's. They were both bery tight/stiff, and one more than the other. I considered this, and came to the conclusion that this is reflective of a new parts machined to new specs with no wear. They will be a tight fit under those circumstances. I forced grease into them and installed. They were stiff even after adding the lube, but once on the roll there was not problem. I have had no trouble at all.
