Subject: Yea! Passed State Inspection and Emissions

Well my new (to me) 91 Westy Syncro finally made it past Virginia State Safety and Emissions inspections. It had previously failed for a number of reasons on safety checks, and for a too high idle on the emissions side.

Because of the too high idle I wasn't able to get a reading on any other aspects of the emissions testing. I was a little apprehensive as to whether this high mileage (225,000 miles) engine would pass emissions, but it did.

Now I gotta wander up to Westy Ventures and start talks on that I-5 project for the winter months....
