Yes. I have XCA tires on my van at this very moment. I got them about a month ago. I ordered them from my local America's tire company. They were close to tirerack's price, and since they have replaced a number of my flats for free (their company policy) I decided to give them the nod with my business.

I live in the SF bay area in California.
