Subject: EKTA Program Problem
Content-Type: text/plain; charset="iso-8859-1"

Folks,

Having a problem with the ETKA CD.

I'm just now getting around to installing the EKTA V5.3 program purchased last year.

For some strange reason the CD Drive just keeps spinning and never stops.

If I try to "open" or "explore" the CD I get the message "Please insert a disk".

Have tried it in two identical laptops with two different CD drives with the same end results.

Hardware / OS Details:

IBM ThinkPad 600E's with 1280 x 1024 screen resolution.

OS ... WinME

Sent Frank an email ..... but I think I saw an email previously that he was going to be out of coutnry for a bit.

Would someone send me a copy (at my expense) of theirs?

Or does anyone have suggestions on what to do?
