The one thing I can recomend is finding a high/low switch connector and wires from a stripper vanagon. these are used to trip the relays and not have to cut wires. But then I used Alistar Bell's diagram and procedure. The easiest way IMHO and gives results. you may have to modify somewhat for your foglights.
