Why would you make such an assumption???

I wrote a long, boring reply to what you said, and I decided to delete it all and simply say that I stand by what I said. :-)

There are still bald tires, oversized lift kits, tinted black windows, headlights pointing to the sky, or right into my rear view mirror, oil pouring out of the tailpipe, bad brakes, and on and on and on. As with everything else the government does, the testing burdens the honest, responsible citizens, and does little to solve the real problems.
