Help??" """"""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""" Sounds like, as a few have mentioned, that you have bent the bowden cable that controls the heater valve.

You can take everything apart and bend the cable back, but in my experience this is a very temporary fix, and it will bend in the same place again very soon. On the upside, you will be must faster at the band-aid-repair the second time you go in there to fix it.

Buy a new heater control cable and take the time to do it right THE FIRST TIME. :)
