Those are queer numbers, but don't indicate a rebuild to me, unless you are more of a Preventive Maintenance prude than I am (impossible), or headed out on a dangerous drive to the tip of Chile and back.

Check the Bentley manual for specs on the 2.1, (I'm an air head so I don't have the specifics). There is a tolerance of difference between cylinders, typically about 20-30 psi. The 165 sounds a little on the high side; on the air cooled 145 is about as high as one would normally see. I'd just keep an eye on it. Check it again in 90 days or 4000 miles.

Any other symptoms other than a little 'dancing' at idle?

Larry, check the heads closely to make sure that they are the same part number on both sides. If one is different it could explain why the 2 cyls on each side are similar but so different from the other side.
