First of all, get the FI system off another bus and install it. That Weber
progressive will never run right. I would consider at minimum a rebuild on
it in short order, and Pertronix to replace the points. As to the
transmission, I would get a new rebuild. If you buy a used one, you will be
in the same shape in the future.
