Hmmmm.....
Well, I'll have to defer to the list in that case, but here are a couple of
thoughts. (Nay, here's a SWAG--Scientific Wild-As* Guess). :)
You might check with Darryl at AA Transaxle as well....
1--The shifter plate (at the base of the shifter) is loose, and when you
move the shifter into "gear", it really is just moving around on the floor
and not getting totally into gear. 3 seconds later it's somehow moving the
rest of the way.
2--Same as above, but something loose in the shifter linkage.
3--Something is cracked/broken in the tranny, and a piece isn't getting up
to speed when you shift until you rev the engine, allowing parts to sync.
Kind of like the opposite of shifting without a clutch.
Do let me know what it was, I'm intrigued.....
